I moved to North Myrtle Beach in 2004 from the Charlotte area. I have been a licensed hair designer in NC & SC for 32 years and owner of Papillon Salon since 2016. I have such passion for all areas of the hair industry. I am certified in Keratin Smoothing System, Brazilian Smoothing System, hairtalk Hair Extensions, Babe’s Hair Extensions, & Hair Loss. I specialize in chemical services, razor cuts, & French cutting. I attend many hair classes and hair shows throughout the year, such as with Martin Parson & Jamison Shaw Academy so that I can bring you the newest trends. As a hair artist, my goal is to keep educated and bring new ideas to the salon. I’m also a Hair Loss Specialist and certified with US Trichology Institute & American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). My goal as a Master Stylist and Salon Owner is to provide clients with a burst of confidence and a positive experience when they leave the salon. Vickie is our Salon Coordinator.  When a client enters the salon her contagious smile greets you with a welcoming, “We are glad you are here “feeling. Vickie strives to ensure that your visit at Papillon Salon will meet your expectations. She wants to make sure the customer’s needs are being met whether it is at the front desk scheduling appointments or assisting clients with product questions, she always makes herself available.
She retired from Union Power after 32 years and with Merle Norman Cosmetics after 35 years. She loves the new chapter in her life, working in the salon environment with her daughter, Amy/owner of Papillon Salon.

Sarah moved to North Myrtle Beach in 2003 from Columbus, Ohio. She is a proud mother of two wonderful children and has been married for 15 years. Having been a licensed cosmetologist for 20 consecutive years, Sarah is an experienced stylist specializing in point cutting, razor cutting, texturizing, and color.

As a stylist for American Crew at the Premiere Beauty Classic Columbus show, Sarah extended her skillset in an on-demand environment. In addition, she has participated in advanced training in New York City and Orlando and Charlotte. She loves continuing to learn new techniques and trends by attending training classes and hair shows.

Sarah is very attentive to her clients and enjoys enhancing their look while giving them a positive salon experience.

Hi! I’m Emily Simms! I’ve been a registered cosmetologist for the last 15 years. Born in Houston, TX, raised in the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee and relocated to the sandy beaches of North Myrtle Beach in 2017. I love all things hair, and I specialize in all fashion colors, highlights, balayage, and keratin smoothing treatments. I always stay up to date on all the latest men's and women’s cutting trends!! 

I was trained at Kingsport Academy of Hair Design in Kingsport, Tennessee, in 2007. Since then, I have been doing what I love and have a true passion for this field!
